Purpose

Ride in Park is a free social network for theme park fans. These terms apply to anyone who creates an account or uses the site.

Account

The username chosen at sign-up is unique and permanent. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.

Posting rules

Illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or defamatory content, harassment, unsolicited advertising and photos of people without their consent are forbidden.

Site and group administrators may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend an account.

Verified profiles

The “Influencer” and “Official park” badges are granted after verification by the team. An “Official park” account may update its park’s entries and agrees to publish accurate information.

Premium option

Influencer Premium (€12.90 incl. VAT per month or €99 per year) and Park Premium (€49.90 incl. VAT per month or €499 per year) are options with no commitment, paid monthly or yearly in one payment, for verified influencers and official park accounts. Each paid period unlocks the benefits described on the Premium page until the end of the period; without renewal they stop, and content already published stays online.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days from subscription, unless you asked for immediate activation and used the service. Card payment on Stripe’s secure page, in one go, with no automatic renewal; Ride in Park receives no card data. [To complete: refund terms.]

Liability

Information in the park guide (opening times, prices, features) is given for guidance only: check it with the park before your visit. Ride in Park cannot be held liable for content published by members.

Closing your account and governing law

You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time from the My data page of your account, or with the contact form on the legal notice page. These terms are governed by French law.
